Graceful Speech and Swallow Solutions was founded in Portland, Oregon and is one of the few speech pathology practices that specializes in dysphagia, language, and cognitive rehabilitation for Oregon residents.
Mission: To provide accessible speech and swallow services to those who want to reach their communication and/or swallowing goals.

Founder:
Deshka Ramirez, MS, CCC-SLP
Deshka Ramirez, MS, CCC-SLP received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Communication Disorders at California State University of Long Beach and her Master’s of Science in Speech and Hearing Science at Portland State University.
Since the beginning of her career, she has specialized in working with adults after stroke, brain injury, or with neurological diseases. She is very familiar with the continuum of rehab, providing services in outpatient clinics, online therapy, hospitals, nursing facilities, and the home. Working in these environments have provided her with well rounded experience providing speech, swallow, and cognitive rehabilitation to meet you where you are at in your journey.
She holds state licenses in both Oregon and California and is certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
